I absolutely love helping youth feel more safe in their bodies, confident and connected to who they are by teaching the energy boundary tools and tuning into what their bodies and souls might need right now.
(This session is for In Person in Fort Collins, CO and is discounted from my normal in person rate that starts at 1 hour for $200. )
I adore kids! I wrote a Children’s Book (Today I Climb My Tallest Tree) for them and I was a teacher in many environments such as a Yoga/Movement teacher.
